In this video I go through Thor Industries (THO) and their Q2 2019 earnings. I give my thoughts on the company going into 2019/2020 and whether or not I am buying more stock. Thor industries is my biggest position in the stock market and has fallen almost 60% from its peak in 2018.
Here I also discuss why you shouldn’t jump to the conclusion that a stock is a bad investment just because it falls significantly in the short term. Determining whether a stock is a good investment comes down to the price you pay, relative to the cash it returns to you over the long term. Sometimes a business offers a good return, and still falls 50%+. That doesn’t make it a bad investment, it just opens up the opportunity to increase your long term return by increasing your ownership at a lower price.
